mjm76 Posted January 11, 2013 Share Posted January 11, 2013 Help! I can no longer open my cart after installing an SSL certificate. I was able to access the page and complete checkout perfectly when I had set BO setting to enable SSL but did not have SSL. Once SSL was installed I could no longer get to cart page. I can add items to the cart but when I click on the cart it returns this error. Unable to make a secure connection to the server. This may be a problem with the server, or it may be requiring a client authentication certificate that you don't have. Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error. Strangely enough, I can now access my cart and it is a secure connection, however I am having problem adding items to the cart, it seems to only hold one item. I have an SSL certificate installed on my website ! and the whole website is working perfectly, as soon as i click on cart (with HTTPs enabled in BO), it gives we redirection error ! saying too much redirection occurred on the page, but if i disable the HTTPs from BO, and manually run the link on https protocol, it works perfectly. !! what is the issue. please someone. i have been stuck for a week on this now. and still no solutions.
