I don't want customer to contact me by ticketing system on the website, only directly by email-to-email. Darussalam Posted April 19, 2016 Share Posted April 19, 2016 I want to get rid of the 'Customer Service' from the front end too. Especially the 'Helpdesk' button which has appeared in the My Account section which I can't figure out how to remove. There is no hook for it in the displayCustomerAccount section.
