Looking to add another block similar to the 'information block' but need help please

Hi all,

 

I'm currently looking to add another block just under the 'information block' with the title 'extra information.

 

I'm added the page 'information block' in the Tools - CMS but it doesn't show up so I'm wondering is this the right location? And if so, what else do I need to do to make it display?

you can use our free or commercial module to add any html block to your shop. Free solution is available here: http://mypresta.eu/modules/front-office-features/html-box.html

 

just add the code with the block and fill it with any information / content you want

nope, there is no way to add new block with additional informations

I've just installed it and all looks good. I does state though that you have to add codes which I'm afraid I don't have the knowledge for.

 

Is there anyway I can get the code to add another information tab and pages please?

Go to Preferences, CMS and add a new Category (just give it a name) and save, now you will see Pages in this category, click add new fill in the info including the test you want visitors to see when they click on the link.

Now go to modules, CMS block and click on configure then Add new at top of page make sure you select the new CMS title, apply to left column and check all pages you created in the CMS area and save.

You may need to plat a little so at first you may want to just create 1 CMS page in Pages in this category untill you figure things out.

When you return to the CMS page creation area click on View (mag. glass to right of category you created) to add more pages to the new category.

I've had a play but cant seem to get the new block to display.

 

if I go CMS - The only option is ' Add a new sub CMS Category

Here is the issue and one that I have seen a lot of post even made a bug report but never received and answer.

There are some posted solutions but none have worked for me.

HI all again, I'm wondering if anyone knows how I can add 2 more Blocks Headings simular to 'Information' but Called 'Extra Info' and 'Instructions' through codes?

 

I would then be looking to add pages to these but I guess this could be done in the back office.

 

Before someone says, I can't just add it in the back office as shown above.

 

That would be hugely appreciated
