When I try to login to the back office I get a white page. www.advantagemedicalequipmentandsupplies.com Can someone please help me get my website back up? NickTG Posted January 4, 2013 Share Posted January 4, 2013 I have a similar issue upgrading from 1.5.2.0 to 1.5.3.1. The upgrade goes ok with no errors. In the front office, the categories block was not showing the child categories. Thinking that this may be a setting that could be changed, I selected the modules tab in the back office. As soon as I tried to filter the list of modules I received a blank screen, and could not access any part of my store from that point on. The http header is 500 internal server error. Panache Posted January 6, 2013 Share Posted January 6, 2013 I have got a similar problem: after upgrade from 1.4.9.0, I can access the backoffice but I cannot display the storefront. I also installed 1.5.3.1 on a fresh server with WS2003R2 en Plesk 9.5.5 with exactly the same result: -------------------------------------------------------------- The browser returns the following message: The page isn't redirecting properly. Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies. -------------------------------------------------------------- Any ideas?
