Google PageSpeed Service - Web Performance, Delivered

Has anyone successfully tried Google's PageSpeed Service - Web Performance, Delivered on prestahsop 1.5?

 

The sample tests suggest we could get a major boost of speed, just not sure about the secure areas (checkout, customer accounts)

I wouldn't personally add such feature to my shop. It might work well for nonsensitive information, but when we're talking about personal data - no no....

Looks Good! Thanks for posting, I somehow missed this new service. That said, Google does have a bad habit in starting things and shutting them down. But it looks real easy to set up so no investment required. Basically a smart cache that also replaces the need for media servers and CDN. Cool stuff.

But surely it is just like any other CDN and pages can be blocked from being cached? That is the way I read it. But I am a total novice in these things. I have submitted a request to join, so we will see

I installed 1.4.10 and 1.4.11 and when I go to BO automatically pulls me and not let me navigate the menus options control panel.

Has anyone managed to make it work? thanks
