Can i use auto upgrade to upgrade to 1.5.2 ?

Hi,

 

My current version is 1.4.8. Can I use auto upgrade to upgrade to 1.5.2. If I can. Can you send to me a link where I can download the addons

 

I download this addon below But I upgrade version 1.4.9 not 1.5.2

Most people are unable to upgrade from 1.4 to 1.5 no idea why they didn't make an easy upgrade path.

By default, the update tool is set to update your store to the next minor version. This means that if you use a version from the 1.4.x branch, it will not suggest the latest 1.5.x version, but rather the latest 1.4.x version. Therefore, if you want to update from a 1.4.x version to the latest 1.5.x version, you must click on the "More options (Expert mode)" button. This will open a new section, named "More options (expert mode)", where you can choose the distribution channel to which you want to update.

This is also very useful if you want to check for a version other than a stable one (for instance, beta, RC or any other unstable version).

When upgrading from 1.4.x to 1.5.x it is good practice to first try to upgrade on test or localserver, to see if there is any

errors in database and also to prepare custom theme to 1.5 and also any third party modules. Also do some extra

backups, just in case

Thanks you reply. I think I need upgrade the version 1.4.9 first. I don't know when I 1 click upgrade It doesn't show anything. Do you know what the problem

No, you can upgrade straight to 1.5.2.

And what exactly are steps you doa nad where it does not show anything.

Some screenshots could help.

Also if you get some blank page in back office try to enable debug mode by editing

config.inc.php in config folder. Change first lins to

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');
define('_PS_DEBUG_SQL_', true);

And post if there is any error message.
