Updating from PS 1.3 to PS 1.4 using updating guide

Hi,

 

I am trying to move from PS 1,3 to 1.4.9.0. I have followed the guide and have typed in URL. www.rajastones.co.uk/prestashopraja/install. I have goto to step 3 and i am stuck. I get the usual screen but there is no 'next' button to move on to. I am on a namesco server which is a Zeus server but is connected to Apache????

 

I have no idea about programming, I have followed everything and some help would be appreciated.
