Several Fixes Needed - only responsible people please

I am using PS 1.3.1 and need to fix several things that were screwed up by someone else's paid work. So, I kindly ask you to only reply if you have references and complete your work without breaking other things.

 

Here are the issues:

 

1) Google e-commerce tracking stopped working after someone made the phone number mandatory during checkout. I need to have it working again;

2) Paypal redirect doesn't work in Chrome and IE (it gets stuck at "Please wait, redirecting to Paypal... Thanks."); works in Firefox, though. I haven't checked any other browsers.

3) I need a tax line on the checkout page. It shows on the cart page but not checkout. I'm using OPC and Taxman modules.

4) When logged in, the buttons "Continue shopping and "Next" on the cart page are in wrong spots in Firefox. They are placed right in Chrome, though. See attached image.

5) The pin it and G+ buttons need to be horizontally aligned on the product page.
