  1. Hello, How is it possible for a buyer to purchase an out-of-stock item while back-ordering is disabled? I'm shocked that somebody was able to buy a product with a 0 stock and it is showing -1 in inventory. My settings are supposed to deny orders. How to fix this? This is a major issue we've been having and is doing a damage to our company image. I am not able to recreate this in Firefox or Chrome. I am not able to select an out-of-stock product but somebody else can, apparently. I've attached some screenshots. Please help! PS v. 1.6.09

The solution I found here (https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/commit/15818a849ab1e93222d2b26d52e03777cd7362f6) suggests adding both "false" and "true" to the form action line, but on the forums they suggest adding "true" only. Which is the proper version? Edit: I've added "true" to the line and now I get a green padlock in Chrome. Thank you, bellini13!

  7. The home page is not https and it gets redirected to http when tested on whynopadlock. I've checked /contact-us, /quick-order, /my-account, /order-history, /identity (i.e., pretty much all HTTPS pages), and they all give the same error on whynopadlock: Insecure <form> call. Found on line # 1 And Chrome dev tools show: Mixed Content: The page at 'https://mydomain.com/----' was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form which targets an insecure endpoint 'http://mydomain.com/'. This endpoint should be made available over a secure connection. Thank you.
  8. The contact page was just an example. Like the title says, it is an issue on ALL HTTPS pages.
  9. I should probably mention that the insecure <form> call is always on line #1 for all the https pages I've checked on whynopadlock.com.
  10. vekia, I have done that on whynopadlock.com and it showed the following: Insecure <form> call. Found on line # 1 in file: mydomain.com/contact-us (Note: Chrome will show a security error for any secure page with an insecure <form> call on the page) I am not entirely sure what it means or how to fix it. Thank you.
  11. When I view the source of the page, there are plenty of links with http, such as the product in the shopping cart, all categories and subcategories, brands, social media links, etc. Am I looking at the wrong stuff? I get the mixed content error for the home page only. Thank you.
  12. Hi guys, I was able to fix the blocksearch related issue on HTTPS pages but I haven't found how to fix the warning related to the home page. Chrome dev tools show this: Mixed Content: The page at 'https://domain.com/contact-us' was loaded over a secure connection, but contains a form which targets an insecure endpoint 'http:/domain.com/'. This endpoint should be made available over a secure connection. Any advice please? Thank you in advance.
  13. Don't know if you figured this out yet, but it helped me when I unhooked modules that were on https pages. I had livezilla and viewed products modules causing insecure content on my account page and after I unhooked them, the warning disappeared.
  14. Update: I'm an idiot. I forgot to clear cache in the back office in addition to the browser cache. It is now working as before. Thanks so much, gasworks and vekia! What a headache! My root category and some subcategories disappeared after the upgrade. I have deleted blocktopmenu folder from /modules and uploaded the old version but I see no change on the front end. Do I need to uninstall it from the back office first? Thank you.
  15. Same issue! Order is completely messed up after adding/removing products. Invoice and delivery slip doesn't even show the changes! HELP
  16. A question for those who purchased the module. Do you get a logo attachment sent with your reminder emails? This is a major bug because it will cause your reminder email land in customer's spam box due to a file attachment. Please share your experience with the module.
  17. Hi guys, I'm having an issue with one particular combination of products when placing an order. It constantly gives a payment error. The error log shows the following: PHP Notice: Undefined index: size in public_html/---/cache/smarty/compile/20/c9/4e/---.file.wsc_product.tpl.php on line 58 PHP Notice: Undefined index: data in public_html/---/cache/smarty/compile/20/c9/4e/---.file.wsc_product.tpl.php on line 69 These lines are showing the following, respectively: $_from = $_smarty_tpl->tpl_vars['r']->value['size']; if (!is_array($_from) && !is_object($_from)) { settype($_from, 'array');} $_from = $_smarty_tpl->tpl_vars['r']->value['data']; if (!is_array($_from) && !is_object($_from)) { settype($_from, 'array');} Could anybody tell me what is wrong with these two lines for size and data? I'm using PS 1.6.09 Thanks so much.
  18. This works but there is also "Select department" line left that looks out of place. When I remove the entire form-group selector, it sends a confirmation email to the customer but we don't receive the email from the contact us form.

UPDATE: I turned on debug mode in defines.inc.php and it shows the following error: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 83886080 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 82 bytes) in /override/classes/Cart.php on line 229 Code around line 229 in Cart.php says this: // Thus you can avoid one query per product, because there will be only one query for all the products of the cart Product::cacheProductsFeatures($products_ids); Cart::cacheSomeAttributesLists($pa_ids, $this->id_lang); I have 14 products in this shopping cart I'm trying to convert into an order. When I remove a couple of items from the shopping carts, there are no errors and it creates an order. I desperately need a fix for this. Please help!
