display diacritics in the footer

Hi,

 

I have a trouble with diacritics in the footer. I try to modify footer.tpl (see code - red part, almost bottom of code) but diacritics is displayed wrong (see picture - a square on text in black strip). Is any possibility to displayed it right?

so the problem is solved, when you edit tpl files or other (like php) remember to use coding exactly the same as coding in you website in this case - UTF-8
