Hello, will I have a problem with prestashop, the fact is that he was setting up a tent with the version of PrestaShop ™ 1.5.0.13. The problem comes when I set up the ordering process to come out all at one glance. I see the need to tick the boxes of transport carrier and then accept as conditions etc. .. because without these options displays the window that leads to the selection of the payment method. Well the thing is to not load this section in the page will not let me select the card payment method, however if you refresh the page with these options checked the script that controls this section acts properly and lets me select it.

As much as I look I see no option to display either the selection of payment if chekbox have marked the section of transport and if framework automatically with the checked attribute can create a legal problem because the user can say not marked as read conditions. Or know is there any way to fix this?
