EUnet Posted November 3, 2012 Share Posted November 3, 2012 When I create a new product (for example named 'Laptop'), in Edit Product's 'SEO' section, in the field 'Friendly URL', I type in my desired friendly URL (for example 'hp-laptop'), I save it and everything is OK, I can access that friendly url which I have assigned for the product. When I want to edit the product, as soon as I click on the edit icon, friendly url switches back to be what PrestaShop automatically generates (for example 'laptop), it overwrites the friendly url that I have assigned to that product previously. This creates a number of problems, I have great quantities of products that I have to edit and update constantly, also I loose track what is friendly url that I have originally given to products when I created them, as my desired friendly urls are being deleted whenever I edit those products.
