sound_dog Posted October 18, 2012 Share Posted October 18, 2012 Hello there, we justed installed prestashop and tried to add one virtual product. But we can't get it to work at all. When we choose the upload function we get the error that the file could not be uploaded. When we upload it directly to the server the shop says: This file "SD98001001.zip" is missing : /home/XXX/public_html/download//60b48dfd6e8bf10fda5c6d655bc845f8a9b51d58 Does anybody know what the problem might be on this? sound_dog Posted October 19, 2012 Author Share Posted October 19, 2012 Well, when I try to upload the file directly in the backend I get a "Error: file could not be uploaded". When I upload it via FTP and then try to save it, it tells me that the file is missing as I wrote above. I try with permissions, but that didn't change.
