Email template condition changes

I'm looking for some help with / modules that will take care of some changes to the email system.

 

1) On each email to admin and to customer once an order is placed I need both the order ID and order reference to appear.

2) On emails to the customer I need different content applied depending on different delivery address countries. There will be 3 emails - UK, USA, Rest of World

3) On the shipping email that goes to the customer when the item is shipped I need to be able to add a tracking code and link so the customer can track their delivery - in orders to the USA i need to be able to add two different tracking codes and links.

 

Any advise much appreciated.
