I set now only Germany county which is in default Europe ZONE. So when you check card after buy and select Germany you see my carrier but with free payment. I have 1 carrier -> 1 weight range 1-5000g-> and 1 fees (10eur). My all product in shop are in weight range. So why I have free shiping? But when i logi in to shop where my address is (Germany) than card show 10eur shipping correctly! So question is why when I am not log in -> Presta show for all products free shiping.
