[ Solved ] Modules disappearing in a Templatemela Theme

The specials module, top sellers module, red cart block and a green cart block keeps disappearing within the theme.

 

They worked on the theme and got the modules back but a short time later they are gone again on the website.

 

The modules show that they're hooked and all green.

 

Any ideas of what is going on?

 

Please do not ask if I can turn on errors reports lol I have no clue how to do this as I am the owner of the company. I am trying to get a better idea of what's causing this and to have it fixed.
