[COMPLETED] WANTED: Add a script to a CMS page

Hi,

 

I need a page setup via the CMS tool which will be used as an activation page for validating our customer's installation code for the software we'll be selling. Our customers will basically purchase the software from our website and receive a download link as well as a serial number which he'll use during the installation of the software. The software will then generate an installation code which our customer will then have to go to our website to activate by clicking on a page called "Product Activation". Once our customer has entered the installation code, our website will validate it and then generate an activation code which he'll then add to the software to activate the software.

 

Our supplier has provided a php script (remote_activation.php) which needs to be executed once the "Activate" button on our website is clicked with our customer's installation code. This will then either return an error (if applicable) or the activation code.

 

Our supplier has also supplied us with an example of the code for the online form which will be used for our customers to activate their installation code.

 

I need this done as a matter of urgency (1-2 days max), anyone interested should pm the price and how long it'll take to implement. I'll pay with Paypal in USD or Euros, payment will only be done after the work is completed and I need some references please of jobs previously done.
