I have version 1.3.3 Mail alert: New order: Receive a notification if a new order is made Receive a notification if the quantity of a product is below the alert threshold Alert threshold 0 the above are all ticket. By rewriting the settings (also those unchanged) this might solve the problem. A second step could be to enable the error reporting in your settings file and then to place an order yourself. Guest Posted September 28, 2012 Share Posted September 28, 2012 I had this issue. It turned out to be a php setting (Message too and from my host): i set up some email address). Both the emails work fine for sending and receiving when I access via the web (uk2.net email login ) and via outlook However, they do not work when used within the prestashop installation For example, if I add either of those two emails to the back of the contact us form, then use the contact form no emails are sent or received by customer or in those two email accounts If I change the email address to any other then everything works fine. This suggests the problem is not with the installation, but those email accounts The inbuilt mail system in prestashop uses php mail Reply: Thank you for your reply. I have checked a few of the DNS settings for these account and it appears that there was a missing function that needs to be enabled for php form mail. I have set the domain norwegianstore.com to handle email remotely which should correct the error. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.
