Problems with the images of the new PayPal Module v3.0.9

Hi everybody,

 

Can anybody please help me with the problem I have? I have an Spanish shop and recently I have installed the new PayPal v3.0.9 module. The module works properly but there is a problem with the images. The Paypal logo does not appear. Instead costumers see a big question mark "?". This has a big impact in the credibility in the security of the Paypal module. If I would be costumer, I will never pay if there would be this question mark. In fact the sales have really decreased because of that.

 

I have seen that there is another person in Israel who has had the same problem. I cannot solve it in the same way, as I am not a Prestashop developper and I can only use the Back Office.

Apparently there is a problem with the copy of the images. The folder where the module looks for the logos in not created or the pictures of the logos are not copied to this folder. When the module tries to print the logos, it does not find them and print the error picture (404), the question mark.

 

Can anyone help me, please?
