dustcollector Posted August 25, 2012 Share Posted August 25, 2012 Hi, I'm using prestashop version 1.4.7.3 and always receiving such errors: L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error Many of my customers are frustrated and left without purchasing! Hope someone will be able to help rectify this problem! Thank you! I saw the same issue with customer thread and got solved by confgiuring the country correctly. I am not sure it it is the same issue with your store. Make sure you have configure the country- states correctly. Back offices - Shipping - Countries Back offices - Shipping - States You can also try to use my Agile Paypal Express checkout module. My module will avoid this kind of errors. Because customer does not need to input address and going directly to Paypal to proceed payment The module will create customer account after payment with correct customer information from Paypal.
