soohan Posted August 24, 2012 Share Posted August 24, 2012 1 of my customer keep getting this error A client has encountered a problem with the module PayPalAPI, see the report: PayPal response: TIMESTAMP -> 2012-08-20T19:00:58Z L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736 L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed. L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error He have entered the same address in my website with the paypal address. The problem is, prestashop automatically make the state of the customer uppercase and causes the address unmatch. But only he is facing this problem. Any solution? Thanks. did you do the 'free' advice from shokinro post in the other thread? and if it's one of your customers that is having the problem then one would assume you are getting paid. If you can't figure it out via the community or your own...then you may in fact need to buy a better module or hire someone to fix it for you..
