hamish Posted August 14, 2012 Share Posted August 14, 2012 (edited) My client used to use the delivery slip as a packing slip So, when an order was placed he would set to "preparation in progress" and print the delivery slip He would then go to the warehouse and pack all the parts for postage If it was discovered that a part was out of stock he would contact the customer and give them a voucher from the order page of the bo at this stage the delivery slip would be updated to reflect the fact that the out of stock item was no longer part of the order Unfortunately, since upgrading this is no longer possible It seems the the order slip will no longer update its self, nor will the invoice!
