PayPal http to redirect to https for final payment

Recommended Posts

Im a newby at this and I'm having trouble setting up the final payment to PayPal. When you hover over the PayPal button it says http://aus41.unlimited-space/~plasteri/modules/paypal/payment/submit.php When I click on the link it gives me a 'cannot display web page error'. I rang up my provider who said I need to change the http to https. When I change it in the SEO & URL and add the https:// to the start of aus41.unlimited-space in the shop domain name for SSL tab it doubles up and I end up with http://https://...... Where do I got to make this change?

I even fixed the bug in the front controller.php file and regenerated a new .htaccess file

I'm stuck. Can anyone help me on this please? Have I just missed something really simple.

This is a shared SSL

Hi to all of you, my question would be if it possible to have ssl page only on the order form, not on the rest of the site, as my hosting offerred a free ssl shared certificate that changed my domain to something like https://mydomain.c12.ixsecure.com so I can not live with that, but I would like to have the payment process on ssl.

Thank you for your advice

Hello cogeanumarius, I think it will best serve you to post this question as a different thread, this is also posted in the rules and regulations. Your question varies from the original topic. Thank you for choosing PrestaShop~!
