Mike

I tested the back-end in IE and it works fine. It would seem that there is a problem with Chrome. I have cookies turned on. This morning it would not let me log into the admin site. It looked like the cookie was displayed on the screen instead of being saved. I went to IE and it let me in.

I prefer to work in Chrome as it is a lot faster than IE.

Hi marius,

Can you please post those screenshots using our included Attachment system under More Reply Options? It's very difficult for us to access each of your individual screenshots as you've posted them above, especially since the last two just give 404 errors.

Sorry about that. I an including them now. I have discovered that the system dumps the cookies to the screen in both Chrome and IE. I cant get into the back-end anymore with Chrome because of this.

I apologize, but I'm not quite sure what the issue is here based on your description and screenshots. Can you please post a link to a specific spot on your site where this issue occurs, as well as a description of what should be happening?

-Mike

First pic shows the products in the shop front and the second shows that the back-end report no products in that category.

Third pic shows the categories showing in the shop-front, fourth picture shows that the back-end only reports a couple of the categories in the catalog view. The last picture shows that the categories do exist if you look at them elsewhere like here when I added a new product.

As I explained, this seem to happen only in chrome.

You can go have a look at the site at this link http://www.cnccontrol.co.za

I will send you a password if you email me at marius at mastercut dot co dot za

Per PrestaShop policy, I cannot access any of your private information without a signed contract. I can look at the Front Office, but cannot access your Back Office or FTP.

If you would like for me to look at your Front Office, please take your site out of Maintenance Mode.
