etrfl Posted July 19, 2012 Share Posted July 19, 2012 Greetings, I am using Prestashop 1.4.2.5 with paypal module 2.4. Until recently the module has been working fine. But yesterday a customer has emailed me with a PayPal error 10736 for mismatched city,state, and zip even though everything is cotrect. After searching the forums it seems the newest version of the PayPal module seems to fix this issue. However, I have tried to install the new module using Prestashop and uninstalling the module and replacing the module though ftp and then reinstalling the new module but in each case the new PayPal module causes the module tab to be blank. Is the newest PayPal(3.0.5) module not compatible with my version? Is there a special way to upgrade modules I missed somewhere? Thanks! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
