Store down over 48 hours, 500 error now smarty problem - please help!

Hi,

 

Yesterday I carried out the following changes to our site, which has been working fine for the last 9 months...

 

1) I uploaded 4 new images to the Slideric Plugin, simply by naming the images correctly, carefully deleting the old ones from the Slideric module folder and replacing them with the new ones..this worked fine.

 

2) I then uploaded to missing image files in the template/img folder for ON SALE, which were missing the IT and DE translated images, again just dropped these in the right folder, they worked fine.

 

I then cleared the Smary -> Compile folder to clear the cache, obviously leaving the Index file in there.

 

It was working fine, until a few hours later the site disappeared entirely!!

 

I have not touched anything else and the site has gone missing no front end and no backend.

 

After following a forum post today, I have switched on Debug mode in the Config file, and there is now some errors showing where the site should be. Here is a printout of the error:

The site is LostinSummer.com - If anyone can help in any way to decifer why the store is down, I would REALLY appreciate it.

 

Our site has been down for two days and losing business...

I can see your shop without apparent errors just fine...

 

Have you fixed this problem yourself already? If not, it may be a browser cache issue on your end. So clear the browser cache or try a different browser.

 

You webshop does have long page loading times. Have you enabled "Force compile"? If so, disable this option.

The site looks like its working fine for me as well. Are you still having this issue?
