Peter Wilson Posted April 15, 2008 Share Posted April 15, 2008 Hi whidbey, This is because you are using a delivery address that is not served by any of your carriers. For example, if your carriers deliver to 2 Zones, "Europe" and "US", but in your delivery address you try to have the package sent to Australia, you get that error. To solve this problem, in Back Office >> Shipping >> Zones, create a new Zone (for example, "South Pacific"), add the countries to that Zone to which you want to deliver (for example, "Australia", "New Zealand", "Papau New Guinea"), and then in Back Office >> Shipping >> Carriers, for each Carrier, mark the checkbox for the Zone to activate delivery to that Zone.
