We have created our database and made our webadmin, we have followed the steps and added our files via FTP. Our problems now are when we try to run the auto-installer, we are unsure how to do this? and what to do next. We have launched our site preview and it says "this application needs you to activate javascript to correctly work". So basically the problems we are having are: 1. How do we run the auto-installer 2. How do we activate javascript if that's what we need to do to run the auto-installer We are using Parellels Plesk Panel 9.5.4 Microlite3 and have purchased the web hosting via http://www.uk-cheape....uk/hosting.php Prestashop v1.4.8.2 Edited June 15, 2012 by RobertM1993 (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
