wol4 Posted June 14, 2012 Share Posted June 14, 2012 Hello. I moved a Presta Shop ( 1.4.7.0 ) from the live domain to my localhost. Of course by following the steps of the "moving"-guide ( http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS14/System+Administrator+Guide#SystemAdministratorGuide-MovingPrestaShop ). I can't log in to the backend. I tried to send a "forgot password?" - message, received the mail - the backend rejects the new password. What else can I try? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The front-end is ( of course ) immediately switching to the live shop ... Ah ... any ideas what I should try to get the shop running on localhost? wol4 Posted June 21, 2012 Author Share Posted June 21, 2012 It's solved, my mistake. The shop was sending a mail with the password from localhost - it went straight into my spam - folder!
