Disable user signup and payment

I am trying to setup prestashop in a bit unusual way:

 

I dont want everyone to be able to signup as customer ,instead they must be presented with a "call us to become customer".

So i want the signup box removed, and replaced with a text, and let backoffice handle all the administration of handling customers. The reason for this is that there are alot of requirements to become customer, i cant change that fact.

 

For same reason, i want to "disable" payment. Once the customers has been approved, they must be allowed to place orders, without worrying about payment. The payment will be handled in another system.

 

Any ideas on how solve those 2 problems,either thru configuration or modules.

I am not afraid of tinkering with php code either, but i fear this could lead to problems with changes being overwritten on updates.

Thanks , that module seems to solve the "approved customers only" problem, but i still havent figured out how to disable payments entirely?

Set you shop in catalog mode, then you should see that there is no payment options. Assuming of course your shop template is PS compliant.
