[HELP!] My front end disappears when i add my custom moudule

hi please i need some help, i cannot view the front end of my website when ever i add a module to it via ftp and even after deleting the module the problem remains.

I am using prestashop version 1.4.7.3

 

and my BO also disappears when i click on the save button.

to find out the error, change your config/config.inc.php

from

@ini_set('display_errors', 'off');

to

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

 

and upload to your site...make sure to turn it back to off when testing completed
