[SOLVED] Need Module that instead of making payment just inputs shoppers card info

Hi, im making a website for my client and he doesnt want to use paypal or google checkout or any of the modules that charge customers automatically, instead he wants to just receive the card number, name, etc of the shopper and then charge it manually. Im wondering if there is any module that could do that? Any help would be appreciated as I dont really know what to tell him at the moment, thanks.
