CartExpert.net
Hi, You need to set the correct images sizes in back office and regenerate the images.
Mike Kranzler
Hi raxsix, As CartExpert.net mentioned, this is due to the fact that the image you upload does not match the default image size or aspect ratio you have set in your Back Office under Preferences > Images. If all of your product images are that exact size, you can easily change the default size for "large" images to match those dimensions, and then regenerate your thumbnails to reflect the change. I hope this helps. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi raxsix, If all of your images are that exact size, you will need to change the "large" image size in your Back Office under Preferences > Performance from 300 x 300 to something that fits the aspect ratio of your original image. However, if your images are different sizes, it will be difficult to get all of the images to show properly across the site. -Mike
