AFemaleProdigy Posted April 27, 2012 Share Posted April 27, 2012 I have noticed that there a few customers who's ip address does not show up in the AdminCustomer tab (profile for the customer in BO). Most customer ip addresses show up with no problem. In particular, I have a customer I need to ban by ip address right now, but it isn't showing up. Why might this happen and how do I fix it? Thanks! But if they are making purchases on your site you should be able to single them out from the server logs and what they are purchasing by the times and pages they viewed.
