Very strange problem here: If I want to delete a carrier in the shipping tab for example, I can delete the carrier, the message appears that the carrier has been deleted but if I reload the page, the carrier is still there! Same problem for changes: If I change the options in the carrier (for example the zones) and save it, get message that the values have been updated, however if I enter the carrier again, everything seems like before.
