This voucher can only be used if the order-value is higher than $100 If the order value is lower than $100, the cart only says that the order value is too low - how can I give the customers information that they need to spend at least $100? tdr170 Posted March 25, 2012 Share Posted March 25, 2012 How are the customers being given the voucher code, what I did was I edited the account.html and account.txt files in the mails folder. These are the automated messages sent to new customers when they create an account, I added lines that state as a new customer you have a one time voucher in the amount of $ or %, if you spend $ or more. I was hoping I didn't have to change so much, because what if I want to change the voucher value, or just stop giving away the welcome-voucher - then I have to do changes to the code as well... tdr170 Posted March 25, 2012 Share Posted March 25, 2012 That is correct but is is very simple, download the two emails to your computer to say a folder named Prestamails inside that create a folder named backup and copy files there. Now edit the ones in the Presta folder and upload, if you decide to change the voucher the files are right there to edit and upload.
