Access denied to my own stats

Recommended Posts

It is a brand new installation with an imported database, could be that the problem?

Possibly. This is usually an issue with employee permissions. You will want to check those both in the database and in your Back Office for any duplicate entries that could be causing this issue.

Hi danonino,

Are you the top-level administrator for your page, or is someone else? You should be able to check permissions in your Back Office under the Employees tab. If that doesn't work for you, you'll have to check the ps_employee table in your database via phpMyAdmin.

  • 4 weeks later...

Sorry for the delay, I really forgot this thread :)

Finally I am able to check my stats. I've created a new profile giving it all the available permissions, then I've created a new employee, myself, with different name, mail and passw. The last thing is to delete the first employee and edit the information from the new one.

Thanks!

Hi my version is 1.4.3 and no it is not new instalation its about 1 year ago..it just stop working

Have you made any changes on your site recently? Usually, this is due to some sort of missing file on your site (such as if you accidentally deleted something via FTP), causing our system to throw an error.
