danonino
Hello, I have a little problem in my back office, I can not access to my own stats. When I click on the stats tab, only see the message "access denied". How could I fix it?
Mike Kranzler
Hi danonino, Is this a brand-new installation or an existing (or upgraded) one? -Mike
danonino
It is a brand new installation with an imported database, could be that the problem?
Mike Kranzler
It is a brand new installation with an imported database, could be that the problem? Possibly. This is usually an issue with employee permissions. You will want to check those both in the database and in your Back Office for any duplicate entries that could be causing this issue. -Mike
danonino
Thanks for your answer Mike, but I'm not sure what and where to check, the ps_employee? maybe anything else?
Mike Kranzler
Hi danonino, Are you the top-level administrator for your page, or is someone else? You should be able to check permissions in your Back Office under the Employees tab. If that doesn't work for you, you'll have to check the ps_employee table in your database via phpMyAdmin. -Mike
danonino
Yes, I am the top level admin. The Back Office is correct and the ps_employee table too, I think. id_profile is 1 and stats_date_from starts in 2012, it's strange. Thanks
Mike Kranzler
And were you having these issues before importing the database? -Mike
danonino
Sorry for the delay, I really forgot this thread Finally I am able to check my stats. I've created a new profile giving it all the available permissions, then I've created a new employee, myself, with different name, mail and passw. The last thing is to delete the first employee and edit the information from the new one. Thanks!

Mike Kranzler
Hi my version is 1.4.3 and no it is not new instalation its about 1 year ago..it just stop working Have you made any changes on your site recently? Usually, this is due to some sort of missing file on your site (such as if you accidentally deleted something via FTP), causing our system to throw an error. -Mike
