Billing Address showing email address only

My programming knowledge goes as far as being able to modify basic .tpl files therefore I need someone to help to make the following changes as I am sure .php files need altering too:-

1 Option:

If the customer registers under "create an account" billing address may show the address, customer registered with along with the email address during checkout. This is the way prestashop is set up right now. However, if customer logs in with facebook, twitter etc credentials or uses Instant Checkout only the email address should show under billing address during checkout. Currently billing address and delivery address are showing the same. Very confusing!

Changes to Order-address.tpl

Since billing address is going to be fixed (email address or home address), I want the "use same address for billing" option eliminated. Instead customer should have the option to choose the delivery address from a drop down menu similar to what it is now. (I am a gift store, my customers send different gifts to different people all year round)

Changes to Shopping-cart.tpl

Billing address again should show email address or home address depending on whether customer registered or used other alternatives to "login"

2. Option:

Regardless whether customer registers, logs in using facebook etc credentials or using the Instant Checkout option, I want nothing but the email address to appear under billing address.

Change to Order-address.tpl

Since billing address is always going to be nothing but an email address, I want the "use same address for billing" option eliminated. Instead have the option to choose the delivery address from a drop down menu similar to what it is now. (I have changed "add a new address" to "add a new delivery address" in my tpl files so it is very clear what address customer can change or add.)

Change to Shopping-cart.tpl

Billing address again should show email address only

Can you please give an estimate on both options perhaps one is easier to do than the other, to me either way is fine.

If you have any questions please email me.

Thank you!
