stuck at step 3!

Please help! I try to fill all the information and click verify database but then nothing appear that "connected" or not!

 

I m installing direct on my host

 

I created a database using MySQL Management under localhost

 

the information in phpmyadmin:

This problem can appear if you have a '%' in the database password.
