Follow-up email

Hi all

 

I have been looking into the Customer Follow-up module.

If I use option 4 (Bad customers) I can configure the module to send an email to customers who have not purchased in x number of days. Does this send the email once or does it keep repeating every x number of days?

 

My client has asked me to set up a delayed (by 2 weeks) automatic follow-up that gives purchasers an opportunity to say what they think of the product and service etc. I thought I could make use of the follow-up module by using option 4 and re-wording the email template into a short questionaire.

 

Or is there an existing module that lets me do this?
