Problem with "smarty" after transfer website

Hi,

I had set up my new website under a temporary subdomain. When I finished web development, I transferred my website to my primary domain name.

Everything is ok except the menu bar which I have the following 2 problems:

1) Does not “reads” the proper image that I have declared for the menu

• The drop down list animation of subcategories does not work
  
• With a developer tool that I used, it seems that from CSS cannot read this specific line that I have declared the image menu and I receive the following error message:

Also “Product Compare” does not work and I receive the following error:
