metalice Posted January 19, 2012 Share Posted January 19, 2012 hi there, i have 2 customer groups. 1 - all normal 2 - 64% discount for almost 75% of the website. no, the problem is like that , because i cant give a total discount to all the site, im adding for the second group the categories that i need and adding to them 64% discount per category, while the total discount for the all site is still 0%. now what happen, is 2 things. 1. not all categories are getting the discount. on some its effects and some it just ignore. 2. if a category have 64% discount, and you add a new product to the category the discount stops to work, and the second group of customers see the price as regular UNTIL im removing this category from the group customer discount page and reading it. what is the problem?
