I would like to add for them a simple checkbox on the product page with the text "fill this box with candies" - what costs 2 euro extra. The only options I see are attribute-groups - what looks very ugly and is very complicated to implement - and accessories - which are much too hidden on the page for an impulse sale like this. An additional disadvantage of attribute groups is that it cannot deal with the VAT: the boxes have a high VAT and the candies - being food - a low one. Attribute groups allow only one type of VAT. Dave L Posted January 17, 2012 Share Posted January 17, 2012 Maybe you could use Combinations. If you have the candles available as store product you could combine the two items in a combination. We use accessories, and I agree if seemed somewhat hidden so we moved the tabs up the product dispaly page and then called it 'addons'. I wrote the following before I noticed you had discounted accessories as a viable solution. But I'll leave it anyway. ------------------------------------------------------- Using accessoriees, under the product you want to associate your "fill this box with candies" , simply update that product with Accessories ""fill this box with candies"". (bottom of product update page). Note: you must first define a product called "fill this box with candies". You can hide the "fill this box with candies" product from your general site by creating a new category set as 'no display' and associating "fill this box with candies" with the hidden category. When clients then view your product, under the Accessories tab, ""fill this box with candies" item will then appear, along with any other accessory product you like. I can't promise you that this is the best flow, but it works within the confines of PS. ------------ I was curious Dave what combinations look like in real time.
