webexpert Posted January 9, 2012 Share Posted January 9, 2012 I've been asked to troubleshoot a Prestashop (version 1.3.5) installation which recently moved to a new server. All the other installation from this server, including some Prestashops, went correctly without any trouble. One installation however is a big pain. At this point the script refuses to calculate any tax. I've made already the following steps te test whether it is the script or the template, but I'm sure it's the script who is not working properly: - Installing a new (test)theme - Compared the database with a fresh install - I've made a ridiculous tax with 250%. In de BO I can see it is live calculated with a tax 19%. When I go to the FO there's nothing happening with the tax, even when I use the tax with 250%. Als when I add the product to the cart the tax still isn't calculated. For your information: the tax is enabled, made the zones and selected also the zones. I can make screenshots if necessary.
