jenshirley Posted January 6, 2012 Share Posted January 6, 2012 I upgraded our shop to version 1.4.6.2 and am now having issues with the product images not showing up in the front office. The site is still in test mode. I have tried every permission option possible on the image files and the folders, but they are still not showing up. The images show up fine in the back office. When I try to add a new product, those images do not show up as well. The URL for the images works fine. What else should I look at? The attached image shows the store with the images not loaded in the back window and the front window is the image for that item from the ftp. Thank you! Boros Posted January 10, 2012 Share Posted January 10, 2012 Hello, i have exactly same looking problem, except that the fields in _media_server_1_ (2 and 3) are already empty. I tried everything that came to my mind (permissions, generating new images, moving to new location, legacy settings...) Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
