Carolina Custom Designs
Yes you can! Just open modules/blockcms/blockcms.tpl and you can edit/delete the links you don't want. Hope that helps! Marty Shue
dparsleyuva
Marty, Sorry for my basic follow-up ?. I found the folders/files listed via my ISP's Control Panel view (iPage.com). I see that folder and the "tpl" file. modules/blockcms/blockcms.tpl How do I open up & edit this type of file? Thanks.
Dave L
The best way I have found is to download a copy via FTP and edit it in notepad++ (freeware). Before re-uploading the edited file, rename the original from blockcms.tpl to blockcms_old.tpl If you have a problem with your edited file you can simply delete it and change the original file back to it's previous name. Don't forget to Force Compile after editing any .tpl file so the changes are reflected in the FO.
Carolina Custom Designs
If you do not have external software to edit the file you should be able to edit the file directly within your control panel. Most likely you will have to use the 'Code Editor' to do this. Without seeing your control panel I'm not exactly sure of the steps you need to take. Assuming it is the standard control panel just select the file and then click on the 'Code Editor' in the top menu bar. I would highly recommend following Dave's advice on making a backup copy of any file you will be editing. Marty Shue
