AlexWils Posted November 17, 2011 Share Posted November 17, 2011 Hi there, I'm the admin of an online book store and I currently have the book as the item name and with a bit of alteration, the author as the item's tag. Some books have the same title but with different authors so I want to be able to list the product ordered and the author in the confirmation email making it easier to pick the book before packing.
