Here is what I am looking for in the feature: The customer would submit their cart with quantities(i.e. oak cabinet door, with size, stained or unstained) They would submit their cart for quotation I would check inventory and update their cart with availability and pricing I would then include payment options The customer then receives an email with updates and can pay for items or decline. It's not possible to change the price of products for a specific cart (except for applying a discount to the cart). It would take quite a few hours to do the changes you listed.
