hurray Posted November 3, 2011 Share Posted November 3, 2011 One of my customers is having a problem trying to add an item in her cart. When she clicks on "Add to cart" button, the item gets in the cart, but then if she clicks on "Check out" button, she goes in the cart and there isn't any product. Do you have any more details on how this specific customer is reaching this error? For example, is she logged in or browsing as a guest? Is she trying to add a product that is out of stock?
