simple HTML code help.

Hi

 

I want to put my phone number on my home page. I know where to put it but do not know what the html coding should be. Please can somebody help me.

 

I want the number. about 14pt and in yellow. Can somebody write me a sample code. I will then be able to adjust size colour etc when I have the basis coding to start with.

Hi Hippooflove,

What version number and theme are you currently using? With the new 1.5 theme that is compatible with version 1.4.5, we have a Contact Us section in the footer where you can publish your phone number, store address and email address.

What I am trying to do is put my phone number near my header so people can see it easily. I do have my contact details in other areas such as "contact us" but I am, trying anything and everything to see why people are not buying from this site. I have had over 8000 visitors but 0 sales.

I sell the same products at the same prices etc on others sites with n o problems but not on my Prestashop. It is starting to bug me now. I need help really but not sure how and what.

 

This phone number issue is just another small thing to try.

These aren't PrestaShop modules, but you may be interested in checking out these tools that may help you determine how/why users are not following through on purchases on your site.
